Piano Lessons

Here at Forest Park School, piano lessons are taught on an individual basis, by Mrs Alison Gee, throughout the day in our music room. 

Recorder Lessons

Recorder lessons are taught by one of our wonderful parent volunteers - Dr Kayan.

Every Tuesday morning, the children meet in our music room. Recorder group is open to all levels of ability. There are three groups, beginners, intermediates and advanced.

The beginners group are often taught by Charu, the intermediate group are learning how to keep rhythms in time to background music and the advanced group are learning to play songs of their choice from a selection of Folk and Pop titles.

Violin Lessons

Violin lessons are taught on an individual basis by Miss K Ord, throughout the day in our music room.

If you would like your child to learn to play the violin, please make enquires in the school office.

Guitar Lessons

Lessons are taught on an individual basis by Mr Greg Bowie, throughout the day in our music room.

Mr Bowie endeavours to teach the children songs and music, that the individual child enjoys listening, ensuring a fun and enthusiastic approach to learning.
