Forest Park Go 'All In' for World Book Day!

The theme of this year's World Book Day was  “Go All In!” — and that is exactly what our staff and students did, dressing up as their favourite book characters, with everyone from the BFG to Sherlock Holmes!

Throughout the day, students took part in a range of book-themed activities. One highlight was the Big Booky Footy Quiz, which brought together a love of reading and sport in a lively competition. 

Creativity was also on full display as students designed their own book tokens, producing some fantastic artwork which celebrated the joy of reading.  The day finished with the hilarious Masked Reader Competition, where students had to guess which staff member was behind the mask - a great end to a brilliant day.

Well done to our amazing staff and students - they certainly went 'all in' and helped make this year’s World Book Day a real celebration of books and reading.
