We believe that students deserve a broad and ambitious Science curriculum, rich in skills and knowledge, which ignites curiosity and prepares them well for future learning or employment.

Our KS3 curriculum is diverse and creative, showing how science impacts on our everyday lives. At KS4 we offer GCSE Biology as well as entry level Science. Science is closely linked with our outdoor classroom area, students can develop a real understanding of science and our natural world through the experiences we can offer.  

As one of our schools Golden threads, we actively teach reading and literacy in all of our lessons. We understand the importance of good communication, both spoken and written, and explicitly teach our students to be able to express themselves and communicate effectively.
