Key Stage 4 Explore the Centre for Life

Our Key Stage 4 students enjoyed a fantastic day out at the Centre for Life on Tuesday, with plenty to explore, discover and get involved in.

Throughout the visit, students had the opportunity to explore the different zones and take part in a variety of hands-on activities. The ‘Wow’ and ‘Light Box’ zones were particular favourites and gave everyone plenty to see and experience.

We also visited the Planetarium, where students explored the fascinating idea of life on other planets and had the chance to think a little more about what might exist beyond our own world.

The day finished with a visit to the laboratory and a very different kind of challenge – escaping from a ‘Zombie Apocalypse’! Thankfully, everyone made it out in good time, using some brilliant problem-solving skills, teamwork and resilience along the way.

It was a fantastic day filled with learning, curiosity and lots of fun. Our students represented Forest Park School brilliantly and really embraced everything the day had to offer.
